		<description>yup. they&#039;re gross. I don&#039;t know why people go on about them. They are proud of the fact that they actually used their kale instead of letting it turn to black mush in their refridgerator.  I have one kale recipe that involves hiding it in pork meatballs.  Then kale is delicious.</description>

Maybe I need to experiment with just a few at a time rather than a whole head. I don&#039;t know if kale will still be in season by my next trip to the farmers&#039; market, so we&#039;ll see.</description>

		<description>You have over-cooked your kale.  Don&#039;t cook them until they turn brown, as I am sure you were left with a saw-dusty skeleton,  but rather just until they start to look dry and slightly discolored.  You need to give this another try!</description>
